We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you give. Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting information about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parent or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents monitor the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. However, you’ll always find the most recent version on this page. We’ll inform you by e-mail if the new privacy policy has consequences for the way in which we process previously collected data regarding you.
Access, modify or delete data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Bättre Bilköp i Skandinavien. You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send your personal data in a computer file to you or to another organisation named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, transfer of your personal data, a request to withdraw your consent or an objection to the processing of your personal data to valkommen@battrebilkop.se. To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your ID along with the request. Make sure that you blank out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) on this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We’ll respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
